​The 2018 Night to Unite Community Cookout will be held on Tuesday August 7th at Kolbinger Park from 5:30pm-7:30pm.  Hot Dogs, Lemonade and Chips will be served while supplies last.  Come and meet the officers and check out the bouncy houses for the kids.

​Those having neighborhood parties and wishing for a visit from the officers and elected officials are asked to contact the Becker Police Department at 763-200-4267 to get you on the schedule.

** We are also gathering food for the Becker Food Shelf.  Please bring food or monetary items to the park and make a contribution that will further help our community!!

Welcome to the Becker Police Department website.  This website contains information that will hopefully answer most questions that you may have.  If not, we encourage you to contact any member of the Police Department staff for assistance.

The Becker Police Department is a 24 hour agency  made up of 7 full-time officers including a Chief of Police, 1 Patrol/Investigator and 5 Patrol Officers (Sergeant position is currently vacant).  In addition, the department consists of 3 part-time police officers who assist when full-time officers are unavailable.  The department is also staffed with 1 full-time Administrative Secretary and 1 part-time Secretary.  Officers are always on-duty; however, the front window at the Police Department is staffed from 7:00am until 5:00pm Mon-Fri.  For assistance from a Becker Officer after hours, please contact the Sherburne County Sheriff's Office at 763-765-3595.
The Police Department service area is approximately 9.1 square miles specific to the boundaries within the City of Becker.  The current population is around 4,700 residents.
