Please note that payments for the Row Permit and/or Escrow Fee can be made by check or credit card. Payment via check or credit card can be made at either the Public Works Department (11956 Gardner Street or 763-200-4275), or at City Hall (12060 Sherburne Ave). Should you choose to pay these fees with cash, you only have the option of paying it at City Hall.
